Winter Has Hit!! 9/29/06

OK, time to get serious...Woke up this morning to the first snowfall. I have heat and plenty of insulation, soo, we are ready...not as ready as I'd like to be, but ready enough. I have some wood but not as much as I would like. I was hoping to have power by now (hopefully next week) and a storage shed built for all of construction clutter that now occupies my living space...time to make the house a home. I am heading down to Anchorage this weekend to hopefully pick up some "furnishings" that sell cheap on Craigs list (stove, fridge,carpet, mybe a fooooo ton)..And more importantly shed materials and food.
Things are getting exciting now..."smile". Got to love life's Challenges..
